PLOT:
Three months after dismantling Varman's smuggling operations and killing his son Arjun, Muthuvel Pandian lives a secluded life with his family near the Kerala–Tamil Nadu border, working as a supermarket supervisor. His family remains unaware that he killed Arjun. Meanwhile, Varman's close friend and associate, Dileep, an eccentric idol smuggler, hires an investigator named Mukund to identify Varman's killer.
Muthuvel is manipulated by Moorthi, a fruit shop owner and self-proclaimed gangster, into becoming his driver. During this time, he encounters Vimal, who has since become involved in idol smuggling. Muthuvel secretly arranges for Moorthi to contact Dileep through Vimal while maintaining his identity as a regular driver because he sees an opportunity to break into Dileep's operations.
However, after Muthuvel's image is captured during the filming of a musical sequence for actor Blast Mohan's upcoming film, Mukund's investigation eventually leads to Muthuvel's identification. Dileep then holds Muthuvel hostage at a facility while his operatives encircle Muthuvel's family home. Muthuvel, on the other hand, reveals that he had planned for the attack and had planted a number of infiltrators within Dileep's group, who eliminated his men. Meanwhile, Muthuvel's family is rescued by his former associates Mathew, Narasimha and Kamdev. Muthuvel then makes a deal with Dileep and his friend Ameer to get rid of Bodhi Kalpak, the boss of the bigger network that sells idols. Bodhi, the son of Chakri Kalpak, oversees the organisation alongside his siblings Kantha, Ved and Sharva.
Dileep makes an attempt to kill Bodhi, but Ameer betrays him and kills him instead, thereby assuming Dileep's position within the organization and demonstrating his loyalty to the Kalpak family. In retaliation for Muthuvel's interference, Bodhi orders an attack on Narasimha, leaving him critically injured, while his wife and son are abducted and taken to the Kalpak family's estate in Goa, the base of their international idol-smuggling operations.
Bodhi subsequently meets Muthuvel to demand the return of three containers containing smuggled idols that Muthuvel and Mathew had intercepted during Varman's previous operations. Muthuvel agrees and arranges to deliver the containers during Chakri's birthday celebrations. However, he secretly rigs them with explosives and detonates them during the event, using the ensuing chaos to capture Chakri. In a compromise, Muthuvel gives Chakri up in exchange for Narasimha's family. Despite the agreement, Bodhi sends assassins after Muthuvel. Muthuvel anticipates the attack by placing a tracking device on Chakri. He then lures the assassins into a building and uses explosives to blow them all up together. Debnath is drugged into revealing that Muthuvel was the one who killed Arjun, which Bodhi then relays to Muthuvel's wife Viji, daughter-in-law Swetha, and grandson Rithvik.
Devastated by the revelation, Viji reports Muthuvel to the police, resulting in his arrest. Bodhi, on the other hand, kidnaps Muthuvel's family and threatens to kill them unless he hands over the containers. Muthuvel seeks assistance from another reformed criminal and former associate, Roddy, while incarcerated. Roddy arranges Muthuvel's escape and sends his assassins to save Muthuvel's family.
Muthuvel launches a final assault against the Kalpaks, killing Ved and Sharva. Kantha suffers severe injuries and Chakri is killed accidentally while attempting to kill Muthuvel. Bodhi tries to flee in an airplane, but Muthuvel shoots it down with the help of Mathew, Narasimha, and Kamdev, killing Bodhi on board and ending the group. Two weeks later, Muthuvel voluntarily surrenders to the police for Arjun's murder. As he enters a police car, an unidentified police officer unexpectedly hands him a phone with Kantha calling, revealing that she survived Muthuvel's attack.
