Krish Kapoor is a young musician trying to make a name for himself in the industry. He’s aggressive, emotionally unstable, and uses music to deal with unresolved trauma. One day, he comes across personal poetry written by Vaani Batra, a quiet and introverted woman working at a publishing house. He’s drawn to her writing and convinces her to collaborate with him.

As they begin working together, a connection forms. Vaani slowly opens up, gaining confidence, while Krish finds focus and stability in her presence. Their bond deepens, and they begin to heal emotionally through their relationship and music.

Things take a turn when Vaani is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. She decides not to tell Krish and begins pulling away. At the same time, her ex-boyfriend Mahesh reappears and tries to manipulate her during her vulnerable state. In a difficult moment, Vaani accidentally calls Krish by Mahesh’s name, which leaves Krish devastated but silent.

Krish shares his feelings as a story of a friend whose girlfriend is fading away, and Vaani decides to write the song “Saiyaara” for the friend as a last message to his girlfriend. Soon after, she disappears from Krish’s life. He releases the song, hoping it will somehow reach her. It becomes a global hit.

Months pass by and Krish's search for Vaani continues. Finally one day while preparing for a concert at Wembley Stadium, London Krish discovers Vaani in a social media reel of his viral song Saiyyara. He leaves everything behind to find her and eventually tracks her down at an ashram in Himachal Pradesh. She doesn’t recognize him at first, but he stays and helps her remember their past through shared memories and music.

Eventually, she begins to remember. The film ends with Krish performing at Wembley, with Vaani by his side, and the two getting married.
